We train job seekers on how to enter and progress in the
workplace. We provide workshops and job trainings to both
job seekers and Workforce Development agencies so that they
are knowledgeable to re-teach our workshops to their clients.  
Upon completion of workshops, job seekers will know how to
write a Professional Resume and Cover Letter, and how to
apply for jobs with the Federal Government. EVERYONE who
attends will leave with a completed Federal Resume.

We provide workshops to
individuals, groups, schools,
colleges, churches, for profits/non-profits, businesses
undergoing lay-offs, and any other organizations that want to
receive our services.  We also work with businesses and
organizations to help them explore ways to increase diversity
in the workplace and advocate for transformative action.  We
highlight the benefits of workplace diversity and how those
added skill sets will net a broader range of service to its
